We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic and innovative healthcare team in Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to provide impactful care in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to make a real difference in the community. Visa sponsorship is available.   Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality primary care in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Work closely with mid-level providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver comprehensive patient care. Serve as a key player in our patient-centered approach to healthcare, focused on improving outcomes and health equity.  Compensation & Benefits: $220,000 - $258,824 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs. What We're Looking For: Massachusetts licensure and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board-eligible candidates are welcome, as long as you're on track to get certified! A team-oriented professional with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is highly desirable, enabling you to communicate and connect with our diverse patient population. Previous experience in ambulatory care or public health is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to grow and innovate within our practice.
