Pediatric Physician Opportunity – Sign-on Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physician to join our team in Brockton, MA! Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including mid-level providers, social workers, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive and holistic care. Utilize electronic medical records to accurately document and manage patient information. Compensation & Benefits: $220,000 - $258,824 plus benefits package, sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs. Requirements: Current Massachusetts licensure and active board certification in Pediatrics (or board-eligible, with plans to pursue certification). Proven ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole is highly desirable to better serve our diverse patient population. Experience in ambulatory care or public health is preferred. Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic medical records.
