Locums Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Locums Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant for a temporary position in Coos Bay, OR. This role involves providing support to orthopedic surgeons and delivering comprehensive care to patients with orthopedic conditions. The Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant will assist in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic patients. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, assisting in surgical procedures, and managing postoperative care. The role involves collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons to ensure effective patient management and care. Documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in the electronic medical record (EMR) is essential.Qualifications: Board Certification as a Physician Assistant is required.An active Oregon state medical license is required for this position.
