Summary
About the position: This position is located at the Bowling Center on Spangdahlem AB, Germany.
Flexible position - may work between 0-40 hours per week, days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed, Monday through Sunday.
Must be physically able to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.
Military Spouse Preference is not lost if selected for this position.

Duties
The purpose of this position is to perform the full range of custodial duties within the Bowling Center.
This is a flexible position (0-40 hours per week). Work schedule is Monday through Friday, including occasional weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and frequently move heavier items with assistance. Requires the ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time.
Performs a full range of custodial duties in assigned areas. To include, but is not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, moping and waxing floors, dusting, waxing, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes lavatories
Maintains area in a clean and orderly manner.
Maintains inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment
Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifying Experience:
Previous experience cleaning with chemicals, mop, broom and other powered cleaning equipment.

Additional information
Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
All Federal NAF employees are required by PL 104-134 to have salary payments made by electronic funds transfer/direct deposit.
Probationary period may be required.
Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from hiring preferences and priority consideration eligible.
Additional selections may be made from this vacancy announcement for up to 60/90 days after the closing date. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement.
Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
