state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Western North Dakota houses our hospital and all of our
primary and specialty care clinics under one roof.

Medical services include emergency
services, critical care/ICU, rehabilitation services, orthopedics, general surgery, pain management,
pediatrics, family medicine, acute care inpatient observation, swing bed services, cardiology, wound
care, testing, mammography, CT scans, MRI and nuclear studies, psychiatry.
We offer robust
compensation which includes:
W2 employed Living in the Community
$365/hr.
Up to $15,000
relocation
Loan repayment – $50,000 forgivable loan of which they can take Resident Stipend
$1k/month

Practice
Details:
Full-scope Anesthesiology practice - provide anesthesia services to a wide range of cases
at a single hospital
Independent work (No CRNA Supervision)
Supportive administrative team
25-bed
hospital with a 4-bed open ICU offering a range of services to approx. 60k residents in SW North
Dakota
Electronic health record: Meditech
Expedited hospital credentialing with the completed
application
Full-time 40 hours/week, call 1:5
Blocks, Lumber Punctures, and Intubation required.
50%
of Cases are Ortho, 25% OB/GYN, 25% Eye procedures
More complicated cases are stabilized and
transferred to Bismarck
No Heart, No Neuro, No pain Management
Duties
Evaluate patients to
formulate an adequate anesthetic plan
Manage and administer anesthesia during surgical
procedures
Record patient medical history and anesthetic amounts
Monitor, manage, and treat changes
in patient functions during operations, including breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure
Monitor
conditions of patients before, during, and after anesthesia to look out for adverse
reactions.
Prepare and complete all medical and other required patient records in a timely
fashion
Collaborate and communicate with other medical professionals to determine care plans and
provide high-quality patient care

Requirements and Qualifications
Demonstrated clinical
competence and physical and mental status sufficient to demonstrate that he/she is able to provide
quality care to patients.
Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
Compassionate attitude with
a focus on outstanding patient care
Excellent communication skills to listen and speak with patients
and colleagues
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to thrive in
a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Active physician license
ACLS, PALS, and BLS
DEA
License

Education:
MD/DO Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
Board Certified or Board
Eligible

Experience:
1 year of anesthesia experience
