Employment Status – Full-time, FTE 1.0; Specialty – Pediatrics Location – CHI St. Alexius Health- Dickinson Initial Contract Term – Three (3) years; with auto-renewal Base Salary: $304,301 Paid based on CHI designated benchmark median. 1:5 Call Excess Call- $539/24 hour shift or $22.46/hr Performance Incentive: Starting the first full fiscal year up to 5% of base compensation (defined by updated benchmarks for each fiscal year) Productivity Incentive: Paid at $44.41 per wRVU greater than 6,833 (based on CHI designated benchmarks) Starting Loan: $30,000 payable within 30 days following start date; forgiven over Three (3) years as long as you remain employed by the Clinic Relocation- up to $15,000 The Clinic will offer the following: CME allowance: ($3,000 single-boarded, $5,000 double-boarded) Malpractice Insurance DEA & ND medical license fees/renewals Core Benefits CHI Health Clinic is seeing a compassionate, highly motivated Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join our team in Dickinson, ND.
