Academic Family Medicine with Obstetrics - Binghamton, NY (Permanent Role) Location: Binghamton, NY - 70 miles to Syracuse, NY Position Type: Full-Time, Core Faculty Compensation: $271,000 to $338,800 / Year Job Description: We are seeking a board-certified/eligible family physician for a full-time core faculty position that includes obstetrics. This opportunity is part of a dynamic team within a residency program that was established in 1971, featuring a 9-9-9 resident structure. This role is open to new graduates, offering mentoring from experienced faculty with a focus on maternal child health. The curriculum is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, incorporating acupuncture and osteopathic manipulative treatment, suitable for both DOs and MDs. Our mission is to train highly competent, compassionate family physicians committed to providing innovative, evidence-based care to historically marginalized and underrepresented patient populations across both urban and rural settings in Upstate New York. Position Highlights: Full-time inpatient and outpatient practice, including non-surgical obstetrics. Obstetric call ratio of 1:6 for supervising resident continuity deliveries.
