**Post Acute Care Medical Director Opening in Seattle, WA** * Full-time * 3.5 days a week, flexible days (M-F) * Primary care rounding in skilled nursing facility * Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care * Collaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and services * Build relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment delivery * Medical director duties for assigned facility * Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians * Conduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care * Compensation: $220K-$250K * Uncapped earning potential * Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage **Qualifications** * Minimum of 6 months primary care experience * Must have active WA license and DEA * Must be able to start work by 12/23/24 * Board Certified or Eligible Family or Internal Medicine * Post acute care experience a plus (not required) * Leadership background a plus (not required; training will be provided) Additional Information: - Specialty: Family Medicine - Location: Seattle, Washington - Contact: Jeremy Baldi About the Company: Archway Physician Recruitment is a national contingency placement firm assisting hospitals and medical groups with their placement needs.
