Primary Care Hybrid APP - Adventist Health Portland

Adventist Health Portland is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our clinic teams as a Primary Care Hybrid, at our Clackamas or Parkrose clinics covering the following responsibilities and partnering with our PCP group by:

• In basket extender coverage
• Patient visits – Same day telehealth or in person visits

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. Newly trained and experienced APP's will be considered. This is not a J-1 eligible opportunity.

Our clinics are located just 1-2 hours from world-class skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking trails, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, kayaking, rock climbing and the Oregon Coast!
