Conditions of Employment
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
One-year supervisory probationary period required. A one-year supervisory probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement.
This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
This position is a Testing Designated Position subject to pre-employment screening and random drug testing. Selectees will be required to consent to participation in random drug urinalysis testing.
Selectee must execute a written tenure agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years, unless specifically granted a position waiver.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Basic Requirement forSupervisory Program Manager (Deputy PEO), NH-0340-04:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes planning tasks required for organizational projects; And developing strategic plans regarding Information Technology (IT) system acquisition; And evaluating the effectiveness of acquisition programs; And organizing personnel activities to meet organizational goals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03)

**This is a Defense Acquisition Workforce position. The employee must meet the DODI 5000.66 requirements applicable to the Career Category/Functional Area and the Career Level Certification assigned on the sequenced position Conditions of Employment data filed in the header of the PD/PRD.
