Summary
This position is located in the Resource Staff, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary and Assistant Director for International Programs (IP), Bureau of Diplomatic Security. You will serve as a Program Analyst with responsibility for providing advice and guidance to management throughout IP in the planning, execution and management of IP programs.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of security programs to ensure compliance with policies.
- Experience planning and/or monitoring financial/budgetary resources.
- Experience acting in a liaison capacity to provide guidance and direction to stakeholders.
There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-12 position.
