Join the team and help move it successfully forward. - This position will collaborate with our systems primary care physicians and specialists, as well as the interdisciplinary team to ensure patients and families receive appropriate supportive care at the end of life. - Attractive day schedule; Monday through Friday with manageable call rotation - Strong organization of 7,000+ employees, 7 hospitals and 33 clinics in suburban and rural areas Location: The Fox Valley of Wisconsin includes Appleton, Neenah, and Menasha, and is comprised of a total of 18 unique communities positioned along the scenic Fox River and Lake Winnebago.
