Advanced Practice Provider, Pulmonology: Major Health Partners

Overview Major Hospital is looking for an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join our team of Pulmonary Specialists in Shelbyville, IN. We are a relationship driven, patient-centered, value-based healthcare organization that is committed to high quality, compassionate care. Full-time 4 days per week (or 5 days per week, if desired by the candidate) No call Inpatient/outpatient setting Meditech Expanse EMR Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive specialized care to patients suffering from acute and chronic pulmonary conditions. Stay informed and up to date on evidence-based care standards and practices as they relate to the care of respiratory patients. Maintain all requirements for board certification and continuing education expectations. Collaborate with the entire healthcare team to ensure that the comprehensive care plan is integrated, implemented, and managed so that patient outcomes are optimized. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited NP or PA university based educational program. Current license in the State of Indiana. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience with electronic medical records.
