Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the RV Storage Lot, Beale AFB, CA.. This position is for a Regular Full time ranging from a minimum of 35-40 hours per week. This position has a physical lifting requirement which requires the incumbent to be able to lift 40 pounds and complete a favorable pre-employment physical. Learn more about this agency Duties Responsible for the operation of the recreational vehicle (RV Lot) facility. Plans, organizes, and coordinates storage activities. Establishes financial goals, reviews and evaluates purchases of supplies and equipment. Assists customers with completing paperwork in IAW RV Lot Agreement - explaining the details, fees, contract expiration and payment options. Processes cash and credit card sales. Maintains lots in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. This position requires the incumbent to complete a drug test with favorable results. This position has physical lifting requirement which requires the incumbent to complete a favorable pre-employment physical. This position requires a valid driver's license. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
