Locums or Locums to Perm Radiology Physician

We are seeking a Locums or Locums to Perm Radiology Physician for an assignment in Maywood, IL. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a variable number of cases per day depending on rotation. The caseload may include 35 CT scans, 100 X-rays, or 60 ultrasounds daily. The physician will work across multiple trauma-designated facilities, including LUMC (Trauma I), GMH (Trauma II), and MNH (Trauma II), providing radiological support in a fast-paced environment.The role involves using a variety of documentation systems, including Epic, PowerScribe, Intlerad PACs, and Softek Illuminate. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting diagnostic images, collaborating with medical teams, and providing timely and accurate radiological reports. Requirements: ·         Board certified in Radiology ·         Illinois medical license. ·         BLS Certification   Maywood is located in the greater Chicago area, providing access to all the amenities and cultural attractions of a major metropolitan area while offering a community-focused atmosphere.
