The ABM Manager will consistently develop, implement, and measure one-to-few and one-to-one ABM campaigns to grow awareness, create meaningful engagements, and generate demand within named accounts. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, and team-oriented and has a track record of delivering results within high-value, complex buy cycles. To be successful, candidates will be results-oriented, self-starters who own and lead functional aspects of account-based marketing programs. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing partners to define account selection best practices and fuel engagement in key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel 1:1, 1:Few ABM campaigns for key target accounts
  • Partner directly with account leadership and other stakeholders to gather account insights and design tailored messaging and assets aligned with account priorities
  • Conceptualize, create, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (online and offline) with a single account focus
  • Be an integral part of the overarching ABM strategy roll-out, embedding and standardizing account-based best practices, and principles across the extended team
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and content team to create and personalize high level messaging, anchor and supporting content, nurture assets, and sales enablement
  • Use marketing analytics and reporting platforms to compile reporting and determine business impact measured by named account pipeline/opportunities (sourced/influenced), database growth and accuracy for named accounts, account/person engagement scores, and sales/partner utilization of programs; make recommendations based upon metric results
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to align on market opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, messaging and audience targets, and content to ensure campaign success
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
  • Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
  • Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with account executives to ensure account goals, key contacts, and account plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications.
  • Partner with regional Campaign Managers, Field Marketers, Sales, and SDRs to build integrated campaign motions
  • Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations
  • Document processes and best practices  
  • Develop new and leverage existing programs, tools, and assets designed to amplify the breadth of brand awareness within each account 
  • Assist in developing comprehensive account profiles, target personas and identify whitespace within the account 
  • Communicate and present program milestones at the executive level

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience (demand generation, field marketing, digital marketing) with 2+ years of hands-on ABM experience
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
  • Solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking
  • Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce, Terminus, and 6Sense
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate highly qualified leads
  • Executive engagement and event management experience
  • Self-motivated team player able to work cross-functionally

$96,000- $123,000 + benefits+ options
