The Opportunity 

Location: Remote - US East Coast Preferred

This role will support the creation and execution of account-based marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully analyzing data inputs, partnering with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and the rest of the Marketing team to build cohesive go to market ABM plays, and managing the reporting to drive continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the creation, development and execution of account-based programs targeting new and known personas at strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Experience using a full range of marketing activities and tools to continuously improve the pursuit team’s position with the account, increasing deal size and shortening the sales cycle.  
  • Collaborate with agencies, subject matter experts, partners, and other marketing team members to ensure world-class marketing materials are produced including ads, web content, emails, graphics, videos, case studies and more.  
  • Create target account segments for integrated outreach campaigns, using a mix of predictive analytics and sales intelligence. 
  • Work closely with sales teams to craft account-level marketing plans for top strategic accounts using multiple tactics.  
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance against key business drivers.   
  • AB testing and conducting program debriefs to continually optimize performance, to ensure we’re maximizing engagement.  

Candidate Expertise Required 

  • 2+ years demonstrated success in implementing ABM programs  
  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in implementing ABM, Field Marketing or demand generation programs in B2B organizations, with a preference for software / SaaS enterprise marketing experience  
  • Demonstrated success in effectively partnering with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and Business Development
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed team player with a positive, can-do attitude  
  • Self-starter with energy, drive and determination to accomplish goals.  
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and stay focused.   

The ideal candidate may also have 

  • Experience managing campaigns utilizing Hubspot, Salesforce, and direct mail/gifting platforms.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders in sales, enablement, field marketing, operations, services and product marketing  
  • Demonstrated experience planning, evaluating, executing, and measuring campaign performance and enabling / operationalizing campaigns with Sales
