Account Based Marketing Manager

We seek a mid-career Account Based Marketing Manager to develop and manage account-based marketing deliverables that support our account-specific sales objectives and drive the pipeline in our most strategic markets. This position will report to the Director of Account-Based Marketing. It’s an exciting opportunity as OwnBackup has traction across geographies, verticals, and company sizes. Â
Your Day-to-Day Role- Align with the sales team on the account plays for top strategic accounts.Â
- Design and execute awareness, pipeline generation and deal acceleration programs for specific target accounts jointly with sales and marketing partners.
- Deploy marketing tactics and sales plays on an account and industry basis using various channels, including digital ads, emails, direct mail, webinars, field events, and personalized sales outreach for strategic sellers.
- Work with the internal creative team and external vendors to help translate goals into deliverables to produce new ABM assets.
- Communicate and collaborate with the sales and marketing team on active and planned marketing activities and the effectiveness of ABM programs.Â
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role will wear many hats and requires you to have strong organizational skills, be an excellent collaborator and communicator, and be hungry, humble, and smart.
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in the SaaS space, with strong campaign and integrated marketing experience
- Prior account-based marketing experience is preferred
- Prior experience working with sales and/or partnering across multiple cross-functional teams is required
- You have excellent project, analytical, and budget management skillsÂ
- You are a creative thinker with the ability to be strategic and tacticalÂ
- You have a bias for action, results, and delivery, with a high-quality bar for your workÂ
- Experience working with Salesforce and an ABM tool like 6sense is required. Pardot or a similar tech is preferred
This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our New Jersey office to maximize collaboration and interaction with relevant stakeholders. This hybrid position requires you to be in the office 3 days a week.Â
