Guild is hiring an Account Based Marketing Manager to lead our key account 1:1 ABM strategy. This role sits on our Employer (B2B) Marketing team and is an outstanding opportunity to devise and lead all aspects of strategic 1:1 ABM marketing campaigns. As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you will work closely to support our enterprise sales team on specific prospect accounts to drive pipeline and deal velocity. This role is a great opportunity to flex both creative and analytical skills!
As an Account Based Marketing Manager you will:- Work cross-functionally with other go-to-market teams to define the ABM campaign strategy and develop agile and creative marketing programs that can be implemented through multiple marketing channels (email, direct mail, webinars, social/blog, podcasts)
- Operate as the marketing expert alongside our sales team, parter team and client services as you develop fantastic account-based marketing strategies for our largest enterprise accounts
- Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with Key Account Directors to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans remain on track.
- Influence cross-functional teams including product marketing, brand and content marketing to develop the right content and collateral that are channel specific
- Measure and analyze ABM marketing efforts for sales teams and senior leadership; establish regular reporting cadence, present outcomes, and recommendations for improvement
- Advocate to acquire budgets for testing, learning and scaling programs. Run programs within budget effectively.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in our key accounts, verticals, and personas to understand specific pain points, messaging and value props.
- Create custom campaign materials such as sales email cadences, Marketo emails, adapting long form content, microsites or blogs for key accounts as well as work cross functionally with our content team to create long form content for key accounts.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in marketing or related field (enterprise b2b preferred)
- Knowledge of the ABM marketing funnel and effective formats/channels for each stage of the funnel
- Creative ability to string the marketing touches to bring a prospect along from awareness, education, consideration and purchase journey
- Ability to supervise several marketing campaigns at one time with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with LinkedIn Ad Campaign Manager and Google Ads is preferred
- Understanding of current marketing trends (b2b marketing trends a plus)
- A clear sense of marketing tool landscape such as 6sense, Salesforce, Sendoso, Outreach i.o. and Marketo and how various tools can be used for different marketing efforts
- Leverage Salesforce and 6sense reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and report ROI

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $105,000-$127,500, as well as company stock options.Â
