Job Summary 

The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love for you to be a part of it as an Account Executive for our Inspection & Real Estate Business.  

As an Account Executive (AE) for our Inspection & Real Estate business, you will be joining a sales team focused on selling one of our solutions to home inspectors. This salesperson will manage prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and converting leads into active, long-term users.

What You will do as an Account Executive

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.
  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams within Porch; Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, Operations, etc.

What you will bring as an Account Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • 2-5 years' experience as a quota-carrying sales representative
  • Experience selling solutions to SMB’s.
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills along with strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce.
  • Flexibility - we're a company that moves and reacts fast.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment.
  • Technology savvy and proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation and other business tools.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member 

Pay Range*: $49,500.00 - $69,300.00 annually. 

*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.  
 
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals. 
 
You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
