This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive in the United States.
This role is a key contributor to expanding revenue and deepening relationships within an existing customer base in the healthcare sector. You will partner closely with customer success teams to identify growth opportunities, align on customer goals, and ensure measurable outcomes. The position requires strategic, consultative selling skills and the ability to influence C-suite and other senior stakeholders. You will navigate complex buying cycles, translate customer needs into compelling value propositions, and help customers fully realize the operational, clinical, and financial benefits of their solutions. This is a high-impact role in a collaborative environment where your efforts directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and strengthen long-term, value-driven relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite leaders across hospitals and large provider groups.
  • Partner with customer success teams to identify expansion opportunities, align on adoption goals, and track measurable outcomes.
  • Lead structured discovery processes to understand customer priorities, challenges, and growth potential.
  • Translate complex customer needs into clear, tailored solutions and ROI-based value propositions.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder healthcare decision cycles to drive momentum and organizational buy-in.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying internal champions and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise or consultative sales experience, ideally within healthcare organizations or hospitals.
  • Proven success selling complex, technical solutions into multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience influencing executive leadership and collaborating with post-sale teams such as Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, hospital operations, and Health IT systems preferred.
  • Strong strategic and consultative selling skills with structured solution methodology experience.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • High business and financial acumen with the ability to craft compelling value stories.
  • Strong account management, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Health Informatics, or related field; advanced degrees and sales certifications are a plus.
