As an Account Executive, Majors, you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term growth by engaging mid-market and enterprise-scale organizations. You will manage complex account relationships, navigating multiple stakeholders to deliver impactful SaaS solutions that transform how events are planned and executed. This position requires a strategic, customer-first approach, balancing inbound and outbound prospecting to expand the customer base and unlock high-value opportunities. You will leverage data, insights, and industry expertise to guide accounts through consultative sales cycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Accountabilities:

  • Own and grow complex account relationships by engaging multiple senior stakeholders and influencers within target accounts
  • Proactively generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, personalized campaigns, and multi-touch sequences
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, best practices, and solutions that align with business outcomes
  • Develop territory and account plans, mapping high-potential targets and creating strategies to secure new business
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate CRM data and reliable forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Lead a consultative sales process, educating customers on industry trends and SaaS platform capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Account Management, Product Enablement, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, including experience as an Account Executive; SDR experience is a plus
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and generating net-new revenue
    • Strong experience with outbound prospecting, account mapping, and consultative selling
    • Proficiency with CRM systems, including Salesforce or HubSpot, and demonstrated commitment to CRM hygiene
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build multi-threaded relationships
    • Highly organized and capable of managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
    • Customer-first mindset with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
    • Preferred Qualifications:

      • 1+ years of experience in the events or event technology space
      • Understanding of event planning, governance, and execution processes
      • Formal training in solution-based selling methodologies
