Job Description

As an Onboarding Account Executive, you will provide exceptional service to newly acquired clients while focusing on the expansion of your existing client base. Your primary focus will be new client implementation of the savings marketplace Working Advantage, working closely with the client while collaborating with the Account Executive. Strong skills related to communication, relationship building, organization, and being detail-oriented are keys to success. Your overall purpose is to create a meaningful relationship with the Client that drives engagement, sales, and registered users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ownership and accountability for a full portfolio of new clients – providing quality consultative service, database accuracy, and meeting and surpassing productivity benchmarks.
  • Introduce and sell Corporate Rewards and Incentive program to new clientele.
  • Execute regular outreach/communication to new clients to foster and maintain positive relationships through the execution of proactive and reactive client touchpoints including outbound phone calls and strategic email communications.
  • Effectively utilize CRM to generate sales and increase subscribers; inform clients of special product offers, new products and new categories being added.
  • Successfully identify, pursue and acquire new relationships by creating an environment in which the needs of the customer are being matched to the products and services we provide while retaining and expanding future business from current clients; Adopt a long-term perspective in developing mutually beneficial business relationships with others.
  • Assure new client accounts are onboarded and successfully converted to become active clients.
  • Attend in person client presentations, meetings and events when needed / participate and collaborate with client services and sales team members to create new plans, strategies and campaigns to better meet and exceed goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • 1+ years of B2B inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can effectively communicate and relate with people on all levels.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and persevere to obtain goals.
  • Ability to work well in a team selling environment.
  • Values direct, honest communication and feedback.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to changing trends; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly.
  • Detail-oriented; strong problem-solving skills and general creativity.
  • Able to be onsite for training in the Orlando office for up to 2.5 weeks.
