This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive - PerfectScale by DoiT in United States.
The Account Executive will drive the adoption of an innovative Kubernetes optimization platform, partnering with enterprise and mid-market organizations to transform their cloud infrastructure. This role requires full-cycle sales expertise, from pipeline development to solution pitching, negotiation, and closing. You will collaborate closely with solution engineers and marketing teams to deliver compelling business and technical solutions, while maintaining strong customer relationships. The position offers the opportunity to operate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, where entrepreneurial thinking and technical acumen are valued. You will help customers optimize cloud performance and efficiency, directly contributing to their operational success and cost savings. This role balances strategic account management with hands-on business development to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Accountabilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for the PerfectScale Kubernetes optimization platform, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and execute territory sales plans targeting enterprise and mid-market clients with cloud-native and Kubernetes environments.
  • Partner with solution engineering teams to drive solution-focused conversations and demonstrate platform value.
  • Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions that optimize cloud performance and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and capture customer insights.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data, ensuring consistent pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and driving adoption of the platform.
  • Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; technical background preferred.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps ecosystems.
  • Strong pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM proficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation, creativity, and ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic and tactical priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, constantly evolving remote team.
