Job Description

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE: The Account Executive within the AREPA Team focuses on the initial processes within a sales cycle and securing business for AREPA. Individually responsible for reviewing, proposing, convincing, and earning the Carrier, Independent Adjuster and End Users' confidence/trust, ultimately earning the End-User's business (purchase order). The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and following up on leads/inquiries generated by themselves, marketing, or other internal sources such as Envista Consultants, Envista Sales, or other Cor Partner entities. The Account Executive will engage with external stakeholders including but not limited to, end users/clients, adjusters, consultants that the insurance and restoration industry, and restoration companies. The Account Executive will accompany AREPA, Envista, and other Cor Partner colleagues to marketing events to present AREPA and build a network of trusted clients.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:β€’ Positively and credibly influences insurance carriers and adjusters, consultants and restoration companies to utilize AREPA's services.

β€’ Creates competitive, high-quality, and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analyses for the preparation and review of the proposal; determines price and selling strategy.

β€’ Effectively writes, presents, and communicates bids.

β€’ Negotiating, navigating the closing process, and asking for the order

β€’ Assists customers in answering technical questions on AREPA's services, AREPA team and materials mobilization alternatives, and problem resolution.β€’ Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer's organization,including adjusters, owners, project managers, project engineers, construction, purchasing,and accounts payable.β€’ Actively listens, probes, and identifies concerns and provides resolutions for clients andpotential clientsβ€’ Determines project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet customer's requirementsincluding project timing.β€’ Enters data and generates reports.β€’ Participates in speaking engagements and presentations in front of large groups (>100).β€’ Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities/Experience:β€’ Experience as an Adjuster for a Independent or Carrier handling Commercial Large/Complex Loss

β€’ Experience negotiating contracts and closing sales

β€’ Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical equipment

β€’ Worked in or around manufacturing for >5 years

β€’ Ability to travel up to 50% Overnight

β€’ Quick learner of new processes/market needs and the ability to convert these to AREPA services

β€’ Customer Relationship Management (CRM) type software (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) experience

β€’ Engaging - Technically, curious personality

β€’ Ability to prioritize multiple projects

β€’ Experience creating proposals

β€’ Sound written and oral communication skills, problem-solving, influencing, and critical thinking skills.

β€’ Ability to present in front of a few to a hundred people.

β€’ Teamwork, compassion, and respect toward others, in keeping with our 5 Guiding Principles, as well as integrity, accountability and adherence to standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct, and open and honest communication.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Experience:β€’ Pre-established strong network within Carriers and Insurance Adjusters

β€’ Formal sales and negotiation training

Education:β€’ BS in Engineering or Manufacturing
