Accountabilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts while building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic prospecting efforts
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Drive revenue growth by expanding product adoption and increasing sales across multiple offerings
- Prepare and present proposals, demonstrations, and sales materials aligned with customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and successful project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to refine sales strategies and maximize win rates
- Maintain accurate forecasts, manage sales pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in POS, foodservice, vending technology, or related industries
- Proven track record in account management and new business development within a B2B environment
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
