What you will be doing:Â
- Successfully help team members close new businessÂ
- Master the ability to evangelize the Podium storyÂ
- Achieve and exceed team monthly and quarterly quotasÂ
- Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives/needsÂ
- Build new territories
- Hire and scale your team
- Comfortable leading with radical candor and are willing to have tough conversationsÂ
What you should have:Â
- Passion for modernizing the way business happens locally and empowering SMBsÂ
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Tenacious hunger to win business and close dealsÂ
- Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software salesÂ
- Experience with quota and commission compensation structureÂ
- Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO’s & VPs)Â
- Excellent written and verbal communications skillsÂ
- Highly organized and strong time management skillsÂ
- Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal directionÂ
- Self driven, motivated and results oriented
- 1+ years managing Account Executives
What we hope you have:Â
- 4-year degree preferred in Business or related fieldÂ
- 3+ years B2B software sales experienceÂ
- Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new businessÂ
- Consistent over-achievement in past and current positionsÂ
- Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
