Are you ready to make a difference? Parallel is seeking a stellar Account Manager to join the K-12 Partnerships team! In this role, you’ll be directly managing relationships with our K-12 partners from the initial implementation through to renewal.Â
As the Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor shepherding new K-12 partners through to a successful implementation of Parallel services to ensure these partners maximize the value they get from Parallel and continue to grow with us.Â

What You’ll Do- Serve as the face of Parallel and liaison between K12 Partners and internal Parallel teams. Act as an advocate for the partner’s needs and best interests.Â
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and retention of Parallel’s services.
- Ensure that K12 partners are leveraging Parallel to achieve success and measurable outcomes.
- Identify areas of need where Parallel’s services are of value and maximize lifetime value for each partner. Ensure customers are aware of Parallel’s suite of services and cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
- Plan and complete regular account reviews with partners to enhance the customer journey with particular focus on customer satisfaction, usage of services, and alignment with expected outcomes
- Own all aspects of Parallel’s relationship with school district partners after they launch services with ParallelÂ
- Support the success of onboarding and implementation for each K-12 partner in close coordination with the Clinical Operations and Implementation teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance team strategy (sales, customer success, and account management) and drive growth and success for Parallel.Â
