Job Description:
- Develop and handle accounts in the Chromatography and Mass spectrometry business, specifically in Shaanxiingxia region, including universities and institutions.
- Foster engagement with key accounts to drive customer dedication, identify new opportunities, expand market coverage, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- Provide professional product solutions to customers and actively participate in key account academic projects aligned with business goals and profitability objectives.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with both internal colleagues and external associates to optimize prioritization of resources, support business growth, and elevate customer happiness levels

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or above in a scientific field (Chemical, Biology, Medical &related subject) required.
• At least 5 years sales experiences in Analytical Science instruments.Mass spec market and life science market is preferred.
• Handles pressure/disappointment professionally. Willingness to accept constructive criticism/suggestions
• Good presentation ,interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• The ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• The ability to apply consultative selling skills, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
