The Account Manager, Influencer Performance reports to the Director of Influencer Community at ShopYourLikes, and plays a pivotal role in driving commerce performance across a large portfolio of influencers. Success in this role means scaling revenue with an established group of influencers, as well as new ones. Whether influencers are long-time SYL users, or just getting started, our AM's are relationship focused, KPI driven, a long-term strategic partner for our SYL'ers, and understand the importance of aligning our partnership goals across eCommerce for mutual growth. Responsibilities:
- Managing, retaining, and accelerating growth of current SYL influencer accounts through highly proactive engagement
- Onboarding, educating, and growing new SYL influencer accounts through best-in-class service
- Researching and understanding the content, audience, key retailers, and competitor monetization across influencer accounts
- Monitoring and optimizing traffic performance
- Working to resolve account issues proactively and in a timely manner
- Providing marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to enhance our product and operations
Requirements
- ~3+ yrs of AM experience in digital/e-commerce
- Strong background in revenue growth and yield optimizations
- Demonstrated success in relationship building and account engagement
- Familiarity with digital and influencer monetization models (CPA, CPC, sponsorships, etc.)
- Understanding of key influencer platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage dozens of relationships and initiatives in parallel
- Strong excel and data organizational skills
- BA/BS Degree

The pay range for this position is is $75,000-$85,000K. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages include a variety of perks such as equity, competitive 401(k) match, rich benefits, and bonus.
This position is hybrid ~2days/week in our Santa Monica office.
