Role Summary
The Personal Lines Account Manager will maintain a strong, consultative relationship with our clients in the personal lines sector. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, processing renewals, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines for your assigned book of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal insurance coverages and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.

What You Will Do

• Work with Account Associates to ensure tasks related to assigned accounts, including binding coverage, invoicing, and collecting premiums are handled properly.
• Focus on client retention, working collaboratively with the Sales Consultant to ensure a high retention rate.
• Manage customer requests and correspondence related to assigned clients, covering desks for the team as needed.
• Stay informed about rates, forms, and coverage changes, and acquire knowledge of the company's submissions and proposals process for policies.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of direct role experience required
• Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Proficiency in Applied Systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
