TPG’s Integrated Media acquired a majority stake in the company in December 2020.
The Role:
StackCommerce is looking for an experienced and passionate senior account manager to manage and grow existing, strategic publisher partnerships.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain, strengthen, and develop trusted business relationships with existing accounts, creating new opportunities via StackCommerce’s portfolio of commerce monetization products and driving revenue retention
- Manage a subset of our existing client accounts, developing productive business relationships with assigned accounts and presenting solutions that resonate with the clients needs while achieving StackCommerce goals
- Lead proactive discovery conversations to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and ensure the multi-product offering of StackCommerce reaches key stakeholders
- Deliver impactful offering demos, provide insightful industry analytics and answers, and recommend creative ways for clients to get the most of our all StackCommerce solutions
- Manage a comprehensive customer joint business plan through the coordination of multifunctional resources, such as category management, digital marketing, and content merchandising.
- Create win-win business cases for existing accounts and be able to articulate the StackCommerce content + commerce value proposition, seizing new opportunities based on industry analysis and negotiating with established accounts
- Plan and execute on account strategies, working with and supporting team members to reach established individual and team goals
What You'll Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, managing existing relationships
- Must be client-obsessed and be the voice and campaign of the publisher clients
- Be driven by the desire to make every client happy with every interactions
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills - Experience using Excel and tools like Google Analytics is ideal
- An entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organization. Also, strong bias for action and getting things done, both individually and with teams.
- Ability to work within a cross-functional team; ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of colleagues and external partners.
- Must be highly organized, even in a rapidly evolving environment

- Intro Call: You’ll hop on a quick call with the hiring manager so we can get to know you better — and you can learn a little more about the role.
- Homework Assignment: We send over a quick exercise that challenges you to solve a problem and come up with a creative solution. Get a feel for what you’ll be doing on a daily basis!
- Remote-Team Interview: You’ll be meeting with 7 team members on a video call. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
- Final Video Call: This is a great opportunity to get to know our President over video.
