Job Description

We are seeking an Accountantin Moorestown, NJ.

General Responsibilities

Works under general supervision, and may receive work direction from a Senior

Accountant. Examines various financial statements for completeness, internal accuracy, and conformance with uniform accounting classifications. Performs account analysis, prepares reports and other accounting information either in full or in part.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Billing/Collection for government contracts; working with customers to resolve billing issues.
• Intercompany Work Order management and financial control
• Financial Control and analysis of indirect (internal company) projects
• Support to overall Finance Team: Labor accounting, subcontract accounting, P L statements

Experience/Requirements:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills related to financial analysis; accuracy and
  
  attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  * Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  
  * Must have excellent time management skills

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
  
  Additional Desired Qualifications and Experience

• 2 -4 years of Practical Accounting experience
• Prior experience working with government contracts, including CPIF, CPFF, T M, and FFP contract types
  
  Experience with Deltek Costpoint (Accounting System) preferred
  
  Education:
  
  * Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
