Accounting Coordinator

What you'll do

You will step into the role of Accounting Coordinator where your expertise in finance will become the cornerstone of our strategic engagements with Visa. As the focal point of our financial operations and project interactions you will not only manage and oversee accounting records but also ensure seamless communication and transitions with one of the world's leading payment solutions. This position promises an exciting opportunity to influence high-profile projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive financial excellence within a dynamic corporate landscape.

• Review of Monthly Conciliations

• Ensure the correct monthly report (closing);

• Preparation and reporting. annual and quarterly DFs for internal auditing;

• Balance Sheet Consolidation;

• Determination/calculation of equity equivalence;

• Analysis/control of permanent investments and corporate operations;

• Ensure the correct SPED report within the legal deadline;

• Support for external audits;

• Support the Tax team in calculating IRPJ/CSLL and Deferred taxes and their compensation;

• Support tax team in calculating taxes and reporting tax obligations

• Application of CPC’s/IFRS

• Area project coordinator

Minimum Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a Accounting Coordinator

• Knowledge of IFRS

• Knowledge of ERPs (Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite will be an advantage)

• Experience in project coordination

• Have active CRC

• Advanced English Level

• (Desirable) Knowledge of US GAAP The contract has a predetermined term until December 2025
