[Job - 28504] Senior Automation QA, Brazil

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Automation QA to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Senior Automation QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our B2B e-commerce platform, which is already active in 40 countries. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of our business model. Your expertise will help drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quality assurance within your context.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software in a global e-commerce environment.
• Create, execute, and manage test cases for REST services, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and various software components.
• Automate testing processes using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, and Appium.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and ensure comprehensive testing coverage, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) to verify API functionality and reliability.
• Engage in analytical problem-solving to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Implement CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps and manage version control with Git.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Experience with test management tools, preferably JIRA with Zephyr.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and software management tools (preferably JIRA).
• Strong background in functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and API testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (preferably Cypress or Selenium).

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with load testing, stress testing, or systems monitoring (e.g., New Relic).
• Familiarity with best practices in software testing methodologies.
