This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to lead core financial operations in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. You will oversee critical processes such as month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Working cross-functionally with finance, treasury, and operational teams, you will play a key role in strengthening internal controls and supporting scalable growth. Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established schedules.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and foreign currency adjustments.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying key variances and providing insights to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes, improve systems, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Manage payroll-related accounting activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Contribute to technical accounting initiatives, including policy development and compliance with accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- CPA certification required.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multi-entity, multinational accounting environments.
- Experience managing intercompany transactions and foreign currency translations.
- Proficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience collaborating across departments.
