Accounting Manager

You will oversee critical processes such as month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Lead and manage the end-to-end month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established schedules.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and foreign currency adjustments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying key variances and providing insights to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes, improve systems, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Manage payroll-related accounting activities, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Contribute to technical accounting initiatives, including policy development and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
• CPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multi-entity, multinational accounting environments.
• Experience managing intercompany transactions and foreign currency translations.
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as NetSuite or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience collaborating across departments.
