This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Program Manager - Product Readiness based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional product launch readiness initiatives that ensure new products and major releases are successfully delivered to market. You will collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Partner organizations to coordinate launch activities, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence. Acting as a central point of alignment, you will oversee readiness planning, monitor critical milestones, and help create seamless transitions from product development to commercialization. This fully remote position is ideal for a highly organized program manager who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and enjoys bringing complex initiatives to successful completion through strong collaboration and execution.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities for new product introductions and major product releases, ensuring milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership are clearly defined and tracked.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive launch readiness plans, dashboards, and status reports that provide visibility into project progress, risks, and critical deliverables.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, Services, and Partner teams to align operational readiness activities and ensure successful product launches.
- Track completion of launch deliverables, including enablement content, release communications, customer support readiness, partner enablement, FAQs, and internal operational updates.
- Facilitate recurring readiness meetings, document action items, monitor follow-up activities, and escalate blockers or risks when necessary.
- Support go/no-go readiness reviews by consolidating stakeholder input and providing leadership with clear assessments of launch readiness and outstanding dependencies.
- Monitor launch performance metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to the continuous evolution of readiness frameworks, governance, templates, and operational best practices.
- Coordinate post-launch handoffs to operational stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from product launch into commercialization and long-term adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project or Program Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, launch readiness, product operations, or a similar role within a software or SaaS organization.
- Proven experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, priorities, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-ready status updates, reports, meeting materials, and risk summaries.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise software product launches, release readiness, sales enablement, or support readiness processes is preferred.
- MBA, PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or similar certifications are considered an asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Competitive annual base salary of $114,000–$148,000, with additional variable compensation opportunities based on experience, skills, and location.
