We are looking to hire an AP Analyst (PH) to help support our day to day Accounts Payable activities. This role will provide support to the Accounts Payable Manager and will be responsible for the processing of all AP invoices, managing of our AP inbox, and reviewing expense reports against our company policies. 

In this role, you can expect to:

• Effectively participate in all day-to-day accounts payable activities
• Daily monitoring of AP inbox and recording of invoices to Airbase
• Daily processing of invoices with appropriate account coding and matching to Purchase Orders
• Limit backlog of unentered AP bills
• Ensure compliance with Company’s procurement process
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
• Process weekly payments via ACH, wire or creditcard for domestic and international vendors on approved AP Aging reports
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies for account adjustments
• Maintain and update vendor records
• Assist in 1099 filing at the end of the year
• Manage employee and vendor inquries in a timely and professional manner
• Daily review and processing of expense reports, ensuring adherence to company travel and expense policies
• Process vendor credits & Reconcile vendor statements
• Provide year-end audit support by preparing requested schedules and supporting documents
• Perform other related accounts payable duties as required

You are a good fit if you:

• 3+ years working on accounts payable, travel and expense
• Basic understanding of GAAP and Financial Statement presentation
• Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate ownershi and multi-task, meeting deadlines under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of employee and company information

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₱720,000 - ₱880,000
