What You'll Do
The A/R Coordinator is responsible for recording payments to customers' accounts and maintaining accounts receivable records by performing the following duties:

Salary range: $50,000-$65,000

What You'll Do
The A/R Coordinator is responsible for recording payments to customers' accounts and maintaining accounts receivable records by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Primary responsibility to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to accounts receivable functions for the assigned accounts.
- Filing claims and disputing chargeback's and coordinating with shipping violations.
- Responsible for handling CIA accounts for both Munchkin and Canada organization.
- Monitor aging, collections and chargeback resolutions for assigned accounts.
- Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
- Researches and processes charge backs, returns and bad checks.
- Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up.
- Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as. necessary in order to update accounts.
- Monitors the accounts allowances authorized by sales.
- Assist in A/R month-end closing
- Billing and collections of all International accounts.
- Ad hoc reporting as necessary

Bring It!
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Knowledge of Oracle 11i or equivalent Accounting software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
