At this point, Zelh is looking for an Accounts Receivable specialist for an American leading international supplier of quality seafood products. The AR Specialist will play a key role in managing the company's receivables process. This role involves AR responsibilities, including posting cash, managing customer payments, and performing bank reconciliations. 

Responsibilities:

• Process and post incoming payments to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile bank statements and cash receipts daily
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Assist in month-end closing processes and reporting
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth cash flow management
• Utilize Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks and reporting
