Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Ownership of pricing and underwriting strategies for large, complex Home Delivery accounts, to enable the execution of the overall business goals
- Serve as the Home Delivery underwriting lead
- Provide consistent pricing analytics and risk assessment for large integrated client deals
- Modeling the impact of new deals on internal financial projection
- Assist in broker/customer development and handle major impact negotiations
- Liaison with Pricing Governance on guardrails, targets, pricing structure
- Liaison with Supply Chain Team on Paid Rate modeling
- Responsible for developing new Cost+ pricing structure as well as other future pricing improvement project
- Provide financial modeling and insights for new product development
Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager or Healthcare industry
- ASA or FSA preferred
- Operates with a strategic and innovative mindset
- Creative problem solving to meet both financial objectives and growth goals
- Ability to partner with and influence matrix partners
- Demonstrated effectiveness working cross functionally
- Strong technical abilities for model development and value analysis
- Demonstrated abilities in organization, analytical thinking, quantitative analysis, writing, leadership and team work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complicated financial concepts and insights to leaders
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 137,000 - 228,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
