Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office and facility operations to ensure a safe, secure and well-maintained work environment.
  • Support business continuity by coordinating operational processes across HQ and other offices.
  • Manage official correspondence with governmental institutions and follow up on related processes.
  • Ensure facilities meet the service standards defined in contracts, while managing budgets and cost control.
  • Supervise facility services such as cleaning, security, transportation, company cars, assets etc. and resolve operational challenges when they arise.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor service quality, and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Identify purchasing needs, coordinate procurement processes, and track orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on office expenses and budgets.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of experience in facility management or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing vendors and service providers.
  • Ability to gather and analyze information from different sources.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver’s license.
