Stable and growing company located in Deerfield is seeking an Administrative Assistant who can work in a fast-paced environment to join their team! Location: Deerfield, IL

Compensation: $22-26/hr (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry, type, format, and assemble financial statements
• Type and prepare letters, general correspondence, and other documentation as needed
• Scanning and uploading documents to internal system
• Assist with front desk coverage when needed
• Restock office supplies and completed other administrative duties as assigned
• Set-up conference rooms for meetings and set up lunches when catered in
• Process out-going mail/ Distribute incoming mail

• 1-10 years of administrative experience supporting a busy department
