JOB SUMMARY:
Professionally and effectively maintain the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and perform general accounting and administrative functions, as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process all phases of accounts receivable including preparing monthly payment requests in accordance with contract documents, posting of invoices, receivables, and deposits, monitoring and follow up to ensure payments are received within due dates
Process all phases of accounts payable including posting of invoices, selecting invoices for payment, printing and mailing checks, ensuring invoices are paid before due dates or discount dates if applicable
Administration and tracking of subcontractor payment applications, lien releases and preliminary lien notices.
Confirm and verify all payables are consistent with vendor agreements.
Process all phases of payroll including collection and data entry of time cards,
Prepare interim financial statements and other financial reports as deemed necessary for the guidance of management.
HR administration, ensuring new hires documentation is correctly completed and processed
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Other bookkeeping, administrative and clerical duties assigned or that may contribute to the growth and profitability of the company and you as an employee and person
