TechOp Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high level administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Must Reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia)

- Project Assistance
- Office Operations Oversight
- Status Reporting and Brief Development
- Internal Communications
- Administrative Support
- Other duties, as assigned
- High school diploma required; an associate’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, with a focus on providing specialized support to departments or teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management and data entry software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
