About GenScript ProBio
GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. In terms of viral vector service, GenScript ProBio has a stable and high-yield viral vector platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Expat Employee Assistance:
- Act as a liaison between the company and expatriate employees from China.
- Assist expatriates in obtaining New Jersey driver’s licenses, enrolling children in local schools, finding apartments, setting up necessary services (SSN, bank accounts, etc.), and arranging car rentals.
- Facilitate communication with local entities such as banks, including support for telephone conversations, to ensure clear and effective interactions.
- Provide airport pickup services for expatriates (if needed) and assist them upon their initial arrival.
- Provide translation support and guide expatriates through various local processes, including accompanying them to various locations for errands as needed.
- Organize and coordinate team-building activities to enhance cultural exchange and team cohesion among expatriate employees.
- Provide assistance in emergency situations, such as accidents or serious illness, including helping with medical appointments and hospital visits.
- Administrative Support:
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Provide additional administrative support as required by the department.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Experience: Prior experience working or living in the U.S. is required.
- Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of both Chinese and American cultures.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
