What you will do
- Leads commercial operations for one or more accounts in the portfolio to enable sales, delivery and profitable growth; serves as the primary contact for customer commercial leaders; builds and sustains trust-based relationships with customer counterparts and internal customers; engages in and/or leads commercial aspects of DXC's relationship with the customer including negotiations, escalations and resolution of other commercial issues.
- Improves commercial performance; helps drive the P&L/financials top to bottom - TCV, Revenue, Costs, Account Operating Profit and Cash
- Brings discipline and rigor to commercial activities; identifies and corrects commercial process gaps; works with Sales, Delivery and other members of the Commercial team to create and drive productivity & cost optimization plans.
- Reduces commercial risk; brings transparency to issues earlier in the lifecycle; anticipates obstacles, overcomes them through proactive planning and executes mitigation actions.
- Ensures balanced decision making between sales, delivery and DXC's commercial interests.
- Establishes governance with the customer to facilitate proactive management of commercial issues.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 5 or more years of Account Operations, Business Operations, Finance or other related experience
- Experience in relationship management with customer commercial functions.
- Experience in financial budgeting, financial forecasting and strategic planning.
- Experience in P&L management, cost analysis and optimization.
- Experience in account planning and account reviews

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the DXC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of DXC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a vacation policy and region-specific benefits.
At DXC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,000.00 - $138,000.00 USD Annual
