The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for accelerating Kajabi’s growth by revitalizing and expanding our very successful Kajabi Partner program into a world class affiliate marketing capability.  Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will play the leading role in planning and delivery of outstanding campaigns to help our Heroes succeed, recruiting new Heroes to the program, and in establishing new partnerships to help us grow.  This is a critical individual contributor role that has all the potential to grow into a team leadership opportunity as the program scales.

The impact you will have

• Accelerate the growth of our business by developing a steady series of highly effective campaigns that enable existing Partners to find more success in referring new Heroes to Kajabi

• Build deep relationships with our key Partners (they are Heroes, too!) and recruit new, high impact Heroes to the program

• Develop an amazing partnership with our product team to create unique opportunities for top Partners to make and deliver on unique and compelling offers to their audience

• Create a robust partner operations system to ensure we serve all of our Partners well

• Drive the implementation impact.com and open up new affiliate partnership opportunities to further accelerate our growth

• You work out loud.  You communicate clearly, consistently and proactively. You create consistency, clarity and visibility in how and where information and updates are shared so that the right people always know what is happening and how to find out more.  We are mostly remote, so we love Slack, a short, compelling document and a crisp spreadsheet to tell the stories that need telling

Experience that will help

• You have spent around 5 years driving success in digital affiliate marketing programs

• You’ve seen the organized chaos of a startup or smaller tech company and know how to create more order and progress

• You have a history of working happily in broad roles that blend strategic thinking with day to day execution

• You’re comfortable with impact.com or similar platforms

The salary range for this US-based role is $112,500-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
