We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of a high-performing affiliate channel and drive its next phase of growth. In this strategic yet hands-on role, you will manage top affiliate relationships, identify new partner opportunities, and optimize program performance across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to maximize ROI and scale revenue. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the expansion of a robust marketing channel, implement innovative strategies, and contribute to a high-growth, mission-driven environment. Accountabilities:

  • Own the affiliate marketing program, managing strategy, execution, and performance across all partners.
  • Scale revenue and return on ad spend (ROAS) by optimizing campaigns and implementing growth strategies.
  • Recruit, vet, and onboard high-value affiliates in key verticals such as technology, personal finance, and cybersecurity.
  • Nurture existing relationships through co-marketing initiatives, custom offers, and creative support.
  • Optimize commission structures, monitor efficiency, and ensure channel profitability aligned with long-term metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, paid media, and influencer teams to align messaging and assets.
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance, maintaining accurate attribution tracking and providing actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring emerging affiliate models and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Requirements:

    • 4–7 years of affiliate or partner marketing experience in B2C, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
    • Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs generating $1M+ in annual revenue.
    • Demonstrated ability to 2–3× channel performance through optimization, recruitment, and strategic partnerships.
    • Deep understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Everflow, PartnerStack, CJ, ShareASale).
    • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools.
    • Experience in consumer privacy, cybersecurity, VPN, Antivirus, identity theft, or password management verticals is a plus.
