To build, launch, and scale a high-performing affiliate network that becomes the go-to passive income stream for creators and entrepreneurs across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a visionary strategy to launch and scale our creator-first affiliate program
• Recruit and empower a diverse network of creators, influencers, and thought leaders to join our affiliate community
• Design compelling, creator-centric marketing campaigns that showcase the compelling opportunity of our affiliate program
• Craft innovative assets, programs, and incentives that keep affiliates excited, motivated, and successful
• Implement a supportive system to ensure affiliates have everything they need to thrive and maximize their earnings
• Continuously analyze program performance, optimizing to increase affiliate success and satisfaction
• Collaborate across teams to align our affiliate offerings with the evolving needs of creators
• Nurture strong, lasting relationships with top-performing affiliates, turning them into true brand advocates
